Picture

The art of perinatal and infant oral health
By FRANCISCO RAMOS-GOMEZ, DDS, MS, MPH

This presentation is part of a Colgate: Oral Health Network continuing dental education course that focuses on training Physicians, General dentists, and other dental providers and their teams on how to prepare with the young child 0 to 3 years of age in their dental practice. Dr. Ramos-Gomez discusses how to incorporate the AAPD six steps of infant oral care and the rationale and impact of implementing a structured Caries Management by Risk Assessment (CAMBRA) protocol in a dental practice in order to improve children’s oral health outcomes. Please click here to watch the recorded presentation!
